Travelling to Sydney for three months?

Postby svoyageafrica on Fri Feb 18, 2011 10:02 am

I am traveling to Sydney from New York for three months (June to August) on a business trip. I wanted to get some tips on where to stay (something affordable) and how to commute. Any other general tips for staying in Sydney.

Thanks..........

Sydney is an amazing place to go for a vacation but as you are going for some business issues, i will not continue much about its attractions. Rather, this is a place where there are no problems of accommodation or rental homes. You will easily get the place to stay in. Some of the accommodation includes: Mantra 2 Bond Street, Number 58- it is 1 bedroom apartment, City Apartment #83 and Henley.
I like staying at: Tuscany Villas.

Mary MacKillop Place Museum is a series of buildings each showing a different period in Mary's life and contained within a peaceful garden setting. Mary MacKillop's home, Alma Cottage, is within the Museum grounds.

Sydney offers a unique getaway, not to be found anywhere else in the world. There is much more to Sydney than the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. From Bondi Beach to the Blue Mountains, the historical to hi tech, flora and wildlife.

You won't get an apartment in Sydney for $350 per week in the short term. People are paying more than that now for long term rentals. You may either have to up your budget or move further out.!!!

Yes if you are going for business tour, so its not important to stay in lovely place. I think in Sydney is the best for you and you can get the best room or apartment easily.
