We went to Grand Cayman in February with one of the twelve, and after much research, we found that is considered one of the safest places to travel, and not much to see and do.

The only position on your collection that I have been to is Fantastic Cayman. It meets all of your needs - secure, no lower income and a lot to do. I have been to Martinique, the Bahamas, St. Lucia- all excellent locations but Fantastic Cayman has the clearest and most wonderful water I have ever seen.

One practical tip. Always get neutral views from a person who has experience of that 'chosen' place. A tip never expires.

I agree the Grand Canyon is one of my favorite destinations with the family because it is a jaw dropping experience for you and the kids. We stopped there on our cross country trip from San Diego to Washington D.C. along with places like Chicago and Las Vegas. If going to Las Vegas, i recommend Las Vegas hotel deals.
