Easter Holiday

Postby justolive on Wed Mar 09, 2011 1:20 am

hello again good folks

we are arriving in Paris on the 24th and just realised it's the Easter Holiday.

Does anyone know if there's anything, any event happening specific for Easter?
we'll be with our 4.5 year old and would be interested specifically in something geared for children on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
We have an annual Easter Egg hunt for kids here at home and my little girl would be so disappointed to be missing it, but maybe there'll be a nice replacement in Paris?

thank you in advance.

I’m thinking to visit Las Vegas to celebrate Easter day because my kids are forcing to visiting this place because it is one of those cities that everyone should visit at least once in life. Packed with hotels and resorts, it is definitely one of the lavish tourist attractions in North America.

I think Las Vegas is surely a fascinating place to visit and your kids will too have fun and will have a great time out there.

Entire Europe has its own charm during Easter festival. I personally visited Paris and enjoyed a lot. Even in USA - Easter is being celebrated in USA with customary enthusiasm and gaiety. Sunday church services and festive revels blend together during the Easter weekend. On Easter Sunday in New York and other cities, large Easter parades are being held.

I would use during or over the Easter holiday and on Easter. I'd never use at or in.

Thanks for sharing....

A portion of Canadians have a day off on Easter Monday and for some it is the end of a weekend of four days. People who have been a short vacation or visited family or friends often travel home on Easter Monday. For others, the opportunity to eat your Easter eggs, relax and, depending on the time and when Easter falls, enjoy the outdoors.
